RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Nobodycloth, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• all original tags must be attached
• the product must be in its original packaging
• proof of purchase or receipt is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. How To Start A Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

• a damaged product
• a defective item
• the wrong product
• a wrong size sent by us

contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can review and resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• sale or discounted items
• gift cards
• customized or personalized products
• products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• returns requested after the return window expires

Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture caused by lighting, screen differences, or production processes are not considered defects.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.

Since Nobodycloth operates on a made-to-order model, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
